「TOHOKU360」是由在日本311大地震期間，透過直播向外界報導當地第一手消息的非營利組織 Mediage 以及持續在災區報導的記者們所發起的專案。
本議程將由一直以來在仙台提供大眾東北地區資訊的網路媒體人—Mediage 的漆田與 TOHOKU360 的安藤兩位講者，討論災後至今的媒體發展，地方自媒體的困境與今後媒體與公民科技的合作、在政治及災害報導中地方媒體所扮演的角色等。

Born in Aomori Prefecture in 1983. After the Great East Japan Earthquake, he became independent and became a core member of Mediage, an Internet-based information distribution and online broadcasting.
