I was a picture restorer at the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake, and I met a lot of friends before the Corona disaster.

Overview
I am currently working as Code for Fukushima, and in 2020 I will be running the official Fukushima Prefecture coronavirus countermeasure website.
At the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake, I was working in the field of painting restoration in Tokyo, and was doing design and website production as a hobby and to earn money for living.
After the disaster, I was working alone to set up and operate a website to visualize radiation levels and accumulation.
However, there is a limit to what one person can do, and earning a living, supporting others, and most importantly, continuing to work, were impossible for me alone.
To be honest, there were many things I could not do, and I was left with nothing but great regret.
Ten years later, the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, which tested how much I had dealt with that frustration, and I believe I was able to resolve certain issues.
I hope that I can be informative by telling you what I have done to prepare myself to continue as an IT volunteer.
